Feeling like you need extra help grounding because you always feel flighty? Do you not feel fully in your person or like you zone out more than you'd like. This blend of herbs is great for grounding and relaxing you back into your person, while connecting you with your higher person. Often times we do a lot during the day and take on a lot from others or even ourselves. This is going to help calm you and bring you right back to your own person. Besides, it was time for you to do some self love and self care by taking a bath anyways.

Ingredients: HOPS, Lavender Buds, Peppermint, Rosemary, St. Johns Wort, Coconut Shavings, Epsom Salt

Grounding is one of the three most important spiritually maintaining things you can do. It is all around harder to get things done when you are not all around grounded in the right head space. Every bath comes with an instruction card, muslin bag (we are not here for clogging drains), and contains approximately 2 to 3 baths.
I really like this bath tea! I'm working on trying to become more grounded and even just thinking about the smell of this tea helps to bring me back to where I need to be.
